This market will resolve to "Yes" if The Open Network (TON) produces any new workchain blocks between 3:00 PM and 11:59 PM ET on August 28, 2024. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source will be the blockchain explorer Tonscan (https://tonscan.org/blocks), however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
